Ericsson MD110 BC8, with 4 remote lims. one remote location started to have a noise that is only on the phones during internal calls for brief 2-3 seconds. sound like a modem sound, call completes ok, and will happen to both analog and digital. checked power supply ok, checked all cables ok, does not always appear. 3 out of 7 calls. works ok for external calls.?? any ideas???

Sorry I have not a big esperience, but,
You can test if the noise is only in 1 MAG (DSU)
test call MAG1 <> MAG1, MAG 1 <> MAG 0, MAG 0 <> MAG 0
If only 1 mag have the noise
You can change LSU and/or DSU board
If the noise is in all the lim,
If You have disposition the board
You can change TRU or LPU,
but You have stop the service,
