Does anyone know if the following is possible please?

I've seen some TDM connections from larger public exchanges , such as the AXE10, routed out over a fibre STM-1 interconnect (63 x E1 capability) into , for example, BT SDH and away to the 'b' end customer from there.
No cabling needed when a new connection is required as it's trailed out of the AXE at optical level.

Is this possible on an MX-1 or are it's E1 connections to other PABXs only available on RJ45/G703 'electrical' presentation?

Many thanks in advance.

Aastra MX-ONE connects to ISDN30 and QSIG so as SIP only available on RJ45 'electrical' presentation. To my knowledge.
