Ericsson MD110 EMG and DMG not synching 1

Hi everyone, can someone assist to check why when I make changes to either EMG (Extension Manager) or DMG (Directory Manager) does not update the other application (EMG or DMG).
For example, I made name change on extension manager for extension 8888 but when you look at the DMG, it does not update it from there or vice versa.
Please assist.

in the tool bar in directory manager and exten manager there is a drop down box
to run emg from dmg and dmg from emg manually so you can update bopth at the same time
