Hi
I am using ericsson MD110 BC10 I am trying to integrate the Divox VMS system but in I/O Port diagnostics I am getting invalid parameter received.I am not able to integrate the the Diavox with MD110..what should I do

Please make sure that:
1. You follow the instructions from Diavox (2. If it's a hotel application, make sure it is an MD110 HA.
A good advice is to upgrade the system to TSW (BC10 is very old)

Where are you located? Are you using an NIU?
