Ericsson MD110 3 way calling feature.

I need Advice
we were using Ericsson MD110 with console sets,
In Ericsson we were using feature Like 3 way calling over trunk lines and 1 person is only listening other cant hear him and also operator can talk to the listener separately.
Example
A -Boss Extension or on Mobile phone (on extension its do able by dial inclusion ) but cant do it over his mobile or when he is out.
B-Operator
C-Caller Extension or Mobile

A call to B and ask him to call C and ask him question and i need to listen to it.
now B and C is talking and A is listening ,
move on now B need to speak to A to get his replay.
Note : The A is on External Line

I would like to know what Ericsson name this feature,
Is it system feature with help of Operator Console,

Is it do able in any other Enterprises system Like ,AVAYA,Cisco.

i will be Really appreciating the advice's on this mater.
