hi guys,

looking for some assistance; we have a client who has a traditional PBX which is connected to these devices (image attached)

Ericsson - Ericofon 9010 / KDT 23703/01

i believe these are some kind of ATA adaptor which takes in the copper pair and converts it to an RJ11 handoff; these lines are working correctly when connected to the PBX

we are looking to move these lines to a Cisco ISR which has a 4 PORT FXO card init; when we move the RJ11 cables to the ISR and make calls we are not even seeing them hit the gateway

does anyone have any knowledge of these devices or if the RJ11 cables used by the Ericsson have some kind of custom pinout

i have tried the calling Ericsson direct and google but can kind no information about these devices

thanks in advance

Never seen before from Ericsson but it looks very similiar to our ISDN network termination for
basic rate interfaces.

Hi I'm not sure so this is not the device witch used to convert DTS to VOIP Gateway. Please check if CONSOLE PORT is available.
the device I'm talking about is connected tike this. PBX----DTS----VOIP gateway--------SWITCH--------VIOP gateway----- DTS---telephone

Other thing maybe when I READ 237 03 I think for the standard G.703 witch is E1 in PDH . if tru you will find TX and RX in pins 12-45

Regards
