Ericsson business phone BP-250

Ihave problem with BTD-D (ERICSSON BUSINESS PHONE 250)
After one time power shut down all the EPROMS on the
board has been eaerased I will be apperciated if any one
send me a copy of the BTD-D EPROMS

Never heard that a power down of a BP250 system has ereased the Eproms!

have to say thats a first for me as well.... i'd say have a word with your vendor as that sounds like a fault that could run far deeper. It may even be that the eproms are fine but the board is not reading them.
