Ericsson BP 250: Incoming Call on S0..

Hello, Specialists

i have a problem with incomming call on Ericsson PBX BP 250:

an incoming call on a S0 (route) is signaled at a connected ISDN phone, but when I pick up, I get a (telecom) message : " this line is temporary not available.. ". Outgoing calls are possible.Any idea ?
