Extns are ACD phones with multiple additional numbers(ADN) 5 in total on them.
Unable to locate calls using CLS search although am able to via Inserter query.
Suspect that the ADN numbers are not featured in CLS database so would indicate why the inserter is required.
Question is does anyone know of what is required to enable the Admin users for the ACD groups to find the ACD calls. At present it is down to me to locate and retrieve the calls and present them on cd.
