Ericsson / Aastra MX-1 TSE - Can an ODN of an ACD phone be an MDN/MNS on another digital phone?

We have an Aastra (Ericsson) MX-1 TSE system. Would like to add an appearance of the main users number (ODN) to another phone so they can answer user1's personal calls if necessary. Can this be done?

Hi it is possible.
Using command KSMDI, you can set another extension to monitor this extension and pick up the calls.

KSMDI:dir=yyy,mdn=xxx,dig=xxx,key=??;

DIR: another phone to pickup user1 phone
MDN and DIG is the extension to be monitored. (User1)
key: any unused key on your digital phone. When the monitored extension rings, this key will blink and you can pickup the call by pressing this key.

Thanks for the reply. I do this and the message NOT ACCEPTED ACD APPLICATION ASSIGNED is shown. Any ideas? The Dir=non-acd phone, The mdn=acd phone

since it will disrupt the workings of ACD
