Hi All

We have one of our offices using Ericsson 4422 IP Phones. These phones are going back to a Cisco 3750 Switch which then talks to the PABX. Also their PC's are using the PC port on the phones for network connectivity.

Recenrtly we have had issues where the phone seems to be logging itself off/rebooting which is then killing the PC connection also.

I have had to go onto the switch and shutdown and restart the ports to resolve the issue.

Any ideas what the problem could be as I dont want to roll out any more until I know what this issue is.

Thanks a lot

Perhaps the update process of the firmware of the phone has not been performed correctly. (for example Power off in the middle of the process, ethernet connection down etc).
At the web server wich serve this process you need to make available for download other files (previous version for example).
