Ericcson PBX T1 wink trunks

Hi, I'm trying to understand a T1 Wink tie on Ericcson PBX and a Dialogic T1 wink emulator. We have a establsihed connection between PBX and server but there is a small issue, when both persons are talking at the same time, the voice on the distance end is fading out. would anyone know if there is a parameter on the thrunk configuration that could be adjusted?
