Ereq Error

When trying to find a vendor "Don's photo" we have been recieving the following error.

Would this be because the vendor has an ' in it? How do I fix this?

Probably does not like the special character'...try looking up another vendor without the character.

Yeah all others without special characters work. But is this a known issue? is there a fix?

Is the the Great Plains Requisition management or a third party?

Third Party I believe. Made by paperless products. Says its fully compatible. The only problem with it is this one

I use Paperless also and the character is not a problem. Make sure your odbc connection to Great Plains is set up correctly. Take a look at the Great Plains set up pdf for the odbc connection, make sure that the default boxes that are checked when you set up an ODBC connection are unchecked.

Just to follow up.

It is a known issue with eRequester and having apostrophes embedded in description strings. A patch will be available within the next few weeks to resolve this issue.
