ERD & Win2k3

I have noticed that the ERD option under the file menu in the Backup program of Win2k3 is not there. Instead, there is an ASR Wizard that allows me to create a partition.

Now, before I go creating parititions on a live server I want to get some information.

1. Is the ERD option gone from 2k3? If not, how do I create it?

2. How will I boot to the Automated System Recovery partition when I cant even create a system disk from this server?

3. Will creating this ASR partition reboot my computer automatically?
