I need to totally wipe the information in the TBS (Telecom Billing System) under OTM and start over with a fresh upload from the PBX (Opt 11). How do I do this? I'm not interested in trying to "revert" each and every station set. And Retrieve, Synch, etc aren't going to cut it either. Tried all that. I want to erase all the info on the OTM side and make it do a brand new retrieve. Someone mentioned there's a way to go "behind the scenes" and get rid of the actual database file. Anyone know anything about that? It's undocumented, of course.

you can purge the data. First access the Telcom Billing System, then file , then call database, then purge. Im not sure if this is what you are looking for.

I'm sorry. I'm confusing the issue because of my ultimate goal. Under OTM I need to purge all the station/CPND info. Hopefully, after that the TBS will pick up the correct info, because right now it's just screwed up. (new install, no one realized you had to keep OTM and the PBX synched, etc, etc.) The TBS system is reporting DNs from different phones on the same TN, names are wrong, you name it, it's messed up. I just want to start the whole thing over. So, under OTM, how do I purge the whole thing and make it recapture all new info from the PBX? (My other big issue is that OTM isn't 100% clear on just exactly what you're erasing. I'd like a nice large warning pop-up "You are about to overwrite information on the PBX (or OTM). Are you sure?" This cryptic "downloading/uploading/synchronizing" crap is for the birds.)

change that status of all the phones in the station manager to new and then delete them. if you try to delete them without changing their status to new, you'll out them in your switch which probably isn't a good thing.
