4621 SW IP phone. Key is programmed as "autodial" in the PBX and user programs speed dial number via their Abr-program button.
How can the end user then completely erase the speed dial entry themselves? We seem to only be able to overwrite the existing entry with a * or other characters, but not completely wipe out the entry from the phone set.
