ERAD Password

Does anyone know anything about the ERAD passwords in the UK?
I have a few and the software (NRU9) but it's not letting me in passed the password?

Sorry..... no clue about ERADS. Is it the same as FastRADs here in the states? If you are looking to default a password on one then try the following:

How to Default a RAD
faq799-3013

Note: Needs 2 intercom keys
Use a M7310
F9**
hit left display key 5 times
hit center display key 7 times
hit right display key 8 times
press HOLD
press digit 2
press digit 1
press release/RAD now defaulted

A Williams Communications installer told me a few years ago that you needed to unplug the RADs power, open the RADs case and short out the battery for a few seconds.
