Hi to all,
Please excuse me as I am new to the solaris world, coming from an HP-UX/linux background.

My question which hopefully is simple for some in the know is..

On HPUX, using LVM with an disk array I can publish disks to two servers. With the shared disks in a volume group on one server, I can vgexport -m to create a map file, then umount/deactive the volume group. copy the map file to the other server and vgimport the original volume group and its logical volumes.

How would I go about this using solaris volume manager?

Thanks for any help you can give

Phil
