equivalent of MS frontpage/Interdev for Linux/php/mysql/Apache

This is kind of odd, but I was wondering if there was any utility for this setting LinuxRehat7.1with2.4.6/php/mysql/Apache which comapares with frontpage or Interdev in ms-windows.
I am sure I cannot expect all the feature that frontapge or Interdev provides (or can I ???) like drag and drop images, tables and other stuff.
Info/ Experinces/ Advices ???
