Equivalent of bridged appearance

I never work with Basic. I need to set up an extension to ring whenever another extension rings on internal or external calls. In Essential I'd just assign a bridged appearance button. How can I do it on Basic?

Coverage button (it is a toggle to on/off). I believe there is a feature that can turn on coverage as well. Can set the coverage time to 1 ring so it will be delayed 1 ring at best. In standard you can delay it 1 second... one of a million reasons I hate basic mode.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
