Been testing the Equinox client, I have it working as a softphone and incoming call ring both desk phone and softphone.
I can't find a way of just having the Equinox in just desktop mode? i.e using as a call control app to the deskphone.
All I have is manage audio video device My Computer, and incoming call feature, no incoming call feature.

Like all Avaya manual, nothing that I have seen shows how I can change this?

Any pointers would be gratefully received.

Thanks

I though it would do both, kind of defeat the object of a new UC app!

Confusing that the licences are the same as one x, office worker and power users.

I thought the office worker would work just as a call control app.

Sorry, I gave the wrong advice above so had it deleted. You would use Avaya Communicator for Web or Softconsole or the IP Office Web Client which is pretty good.

From the Offer Definition: With R11.0 the Avaya Equinox™ client will be supported on IP Office as a softphone only (audio and video calling).

A madman with a taste for speed.
