Equinox Resiliency

I have a 2 site SCN and J Series phones. I have Equinox working with Presence and Contacts just fine. When I pull the plug on my IPO, the J Series failover just fine and so does Equinox, however, I don't get Presence or Contacts, only basic telephony functions in the resilient state. My question is, in a resilient state, should Equinox provide Presence as well as Contacts? If so, what am I missing in my config?

I believe that is how it is intended to work.

Presence and Contacts are coming from the Primary Server.
If you are using voicemail pro, I also believe that you can not pick up messages in a failover state either. Callers can sill leave messages on the back up VMPro server, but users will not be able to collect the messages until the Primary server is restored.
