As stated in the title I'm having trouble with Equinox on Macs. I have it working well using auto config and as the web address on Windows machines, but only partially on Macs.
What I've noticed looking at my firewall is that the Contact/Presence requests are on port 443 coming from the Windows machines and on 411 from the Macs.
Use Preferred Phone Ports is not checked in the IPO, however it was when I first started working with this. My suspicion is that the client was set to 411 on install and now that is stuck.
We've tried resetting the application, uninstalling, deleting user library, re-installing. Whatever we try these 2 Macs continue to use port 411. Oddly Mac #3 is working perfectly. I've also noticed that as we sign user A out and sign user B in the name on the client stays the same. It's like the Mac is holding on to certain information.
Is anybody aware of a way to completely delete all evidence of Equinox on a Mac and start all over? I'll be the first to admit that I know nothing about Mac, so I am at the mercy of the guys that do here.
