equinox contacts & instant messaging

hi,,

I have an issue with Equinox currently where I have no Presence or Contacts when using Avaya Equinox for mobile phones.
Everything voice related is working correctly, I can make and receive calls to/from the IPO
But, cannot find the contact without searching and cannot send IM texts from the contacts list in Equinox without zang !
can anyone help me please

IM requires zang login, so that is correct.

Enterprise Directory (IPO) can only be viewed by searching.
