I'm curious how this works? Say I want to add up everything from one column that gets returned with my SQL.

I use a DataEnvironment...

What other info should I supply?

You can use the aggregated function SUM() in the sql statement, or use a DataReport Equation in the DataReport footer

Ahh, I was wondering why my DataReport Equation wouldn't work ... has to be in the footer.

Now, why will my Report print, but my ReportFooter doesn't print? Is there something I need to set?

Er, I really don't know...that goes beyond what I know about the DataReport - I don't use the DataReport - sorry.
Does it show up in the Preview window?
