Hi all,
We're having more woes with RES here in the UK...!
We have an IDN printer connected to one of our WS6s. It prints everything fine. However, for some reason, the currency descriptor is printing a ŭ instead of a £:
Some Googling seems to point this to a Code Page error. However, the code page hasn't/shouldn't have changed, so I'm at a loss as to how to get it to print a '£' sign instead of this random character.
Does anyone have any tips for where to look/check any other settings on the printer? DIP switches are set as standard.
In POS Configurator, we have it set up for the £ symbol:
Thanks in advance!
