We've used ATO since it first came out. Recently added Aloha Online ordering. We want to use the label functionality, ie when an order is submitted any item in a certain category triggers a label. I've been through the entire process with our local dealer and it still doesn't work. We've tried setting up one epson label printer in ATO w/ the native network interface and nothing ever printed. Then tried a serial version connected to a term, same result. I've noticed with both printers neither ever showed FOH error when unplugged etc. If I submit an order via AO there is no .prt log for the printer on boh server. The local reseller seems to think it has a firmware version that is too new for aloha. Anyone have similar experience with ATO labels & epson tm-l90? I would think for any pizza delivery restaurant this would be a common setup.
