EPSON TM-U220 printing problem

Hello,

I have a printing problem : missing dot lines on the tickets.

I changed the printer head and still have the same issue.

Do anyone knows what the problem could be ?

Hi,
it was working before !
may ask to change paper !
reset seeting for printer device.
Do you have any same printers working !

Hi Anajmi,

yes i changed paper, ink and printer head from a working printer.
I have 2 other printers of same model working fine.
This faulty one is less than 1 year old, the others work well since 10 years.
