Epson TM-L90 Model M313C "New" from Oracle.
New Project, new issues. Just opened up the 3 TM-L90's that my workplace purchased from Oracle to get a new location up and running. These are meant to print labels for cups similar to Starbucks.
I don't have any interface configured (Might be a SIM thing?) to type in a customer / guest name and have that print out on the labels. Any tips there would be appreciated. I did see Guest Check ID on a post, so I might try adding that button to see what it does. ( I also saw this doppelbon post ( which looks like it would help split the items, especially with 3 printers and 3 separate print classes for the different menu items.
But, first... my main issue. These printers came to us with serial interface cards installed. E-04 cards came separately. I installed a card today. I pulled it up within the EpsonNet Config and assigned it an IP on my network. I can hit the configuration page in my web browser and I can print to it from my Windows workstation. So, at the very least the card seems to be working. After my Kitchen Printer issue a week or so back (Thanks again!) I figured I should check out the dip switches to see what they were set to so that I can make sure RES see's these units correctly. Nothing on the back. Every manual I pull up says there should be some inside.
But behind the tab there's just a blank board?? I'm not sure where else I should be looking or if I even need to be looking.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide!
