Epson Stylus Color 400 won't print

I cleaned the nozzles and changed the ink cartridges but it will not print. Paper goes thru the printer and it sounds like its printing but no ink on the paper.
Does anyone know where I get a new print head for this printer?

If it hasn't been used for a long long time, try cleaning the head multiple times. Also, you could have a bad ink cartridge. I had to lean mine 10 times before it actually started to work (after a long period in storage). Ate a whole inke cartridge, but at least it worked after that.
