Epson receipt printer printing too large

Hi,

New to this forum and am hoping I can get some help.
My wife's PC crashed on the weekend and I had to reinstall the OS (Windows XP Pro) and of course I had to reinstall everything else, including the POS system (Intellisoft ManageMore s/w)
Having 2 issues
1- When the sale is tendered and the receipt prints out, it's way too large. I can print the receipt on a regular 8.5X11 sheet and it will fit, but it needs to fit on the receipt printer (An Epson TM88III) Looked EVERYWHERE to find a fix. In the Windows printer setup, in the POS software. Can't find it anywhere.

2- Printing inventory labels. Can't get the barcodes to print. I installed the barcodes, tried 127 and 39 formats...but no luck.

If anyone has any suggestion..please help.

You might be able to change it if you install the APD (advanced print driver) for that model epson.. Ive used it with aloha for opos reasons but havent ever had a font size problem, but pretty sure you can tweak it there.. the printer drivers are here
