I'm encountering some problems with my local Epson Stylus Color 850 printer.
I'm trying to print from my PowerBook G3 (MacOS 8.6) under Citrix client (6.20) on my local printer.
I've downloaded and installed the epson driver on the Macintosh and set it as default. I've configured the citrix printer setup to use this printer by entering the driver name which is installed on the server.
When I want to connect to the server, the printer is created and associated with the correct Win2k printer driver.
I tried to print on my local Epson but nothing happened. When I watched the printer queue on the server, the document is present and seemed to be printed, but it's not the case.
I have also changed the mapping with the driver name by using:
- driver from Epson,
- driver from win2k CD,
- universal driver from Citrix.
Does anyone know what's going on ?
