I have recently bought an Epson C62 inkjet printer. I have used it to print CD labels just over a week ago. I haven't used it since and presume that I left it on since then. Then yesterday I wanted to print some more labels and it wouldn't turn. I checked the power plug cord was plugged in and all that, I pligged it into different sockets everything and no signs of life. Does this mean the printer is dead? Is there anything I can do?

If the printer was purchased new from a store, you have a guarantee.
I would phone technical support and log a problem. You will probably have to bring the printer back to get it repaired.

If the printer is not under guarantee, you will probably have to simply buy another one, since repairs on todays printers most often cost more than buying a new one.

Pascal.
