Epson Opos and Radiant P1515

Installed Epson opos software on terminals today. Now getting error that opos magswipes could not initialize. Has anyone seen or have this happen to them. I have installed the Epson opos software ver 2.7 many times and this is the first time I have had this happen.

This may be a stupid response but did you look in hardware>terminals and go to the place where you would insert RSMsr under the reader?

The solution was very simple once I had time to think.
Uninstall epson Opos, reinstall choose custom and only and not full which was my mistake the first time. choose printer only to install. Then reinstall Opos Control set from radiant drivers folder. The issue was not with seeing the hardware, it was using the opos driver.

See i try to understand some of that stuff but our service guys primarily do that where I work. I always come into the system with a staged, imaged system and I take it from there. Kind of nice that way lol
