Epson-Model M165A/Serial Interface (RS232)

I am trying to use the above printer with a micros user workstation 4, I normally use Epson TM-88 Thermal Printer as a receipt printer. I am trying to use 4 of these and all I get when i hit print on the workstation is a line on the paper with a little bit of jibberish. ( pta?) Does anyone have any ideas???

How are you connecting to it? IDN, Network card, Serial?

Make sure the configuration on the workstation (for the Micros Client) is setup for that style printer.

Also, check your dip switch settings. I am not knowledgeable on this printer, so this is pretty much the extent of my troubleshooting for this model.
