Epson Fp81II RT settings for Micros Res 3700

Hello,
we purchased the Epson printers in order to comply with the new Italian regulation for electronic invoices.
We have installed on Micros Res 3700, updated to 5.6, with the settings provided from Oracle, on the serial port.
However, they are not found by the WS.
We think that some setting is missing, even because the printers were provided by a company that uses a different POS system (Protel)connected by lan.

Is there anyone that experiecend the same issue or that can provide the full settings for serial connection?
