Epson DFX 8500 Prints Blank Lines

I have a new Epson DFX 8500 which when we are printing from our software (SUN Accounts) it keeps putting 5 blank lines at the top of the page before it starts printing. The next page then has 10 blank lines at the top. I have checked the "Top of Page" setting on the printer and it is all ok. I have checked in SUN and there is no mention of any extra lines at the top. Anyone have any sugestions????
