I have got an Epson DFX-8000 that the local hospital uses for billing. Somehow, they knocked the front right tractor (paper feed) out of time. In my attempt to get it back in time, I broke the belt. I was wondering several things. First, does anyone know a part number for this belt? Second, how do I get the tractor assembly out of the machine? Third, should I just replace the whole right side tractor assembly? And, last of all, I might have access to the assemblies off of a 5000 or an 8500, would those be the same. I hate to ask all this, but as I am not Epson authorized, I am having a hard time finding this info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day!!!
