what would cause this printer to skip every other document. this is a certified mailer printer.clients are running win 98.sometimes it will not print more than one thing at a time thanks for any replies gregg

This probablly isn't what you're looking for, but just in case.

If by skipping you mean every second form is blank then start by checking page length setting and that the page feed is not turned on in the printer properties.
