EPSON CX6400 WON'T PRINT

My local CX6400 won't print. New Epson cartridges were inserted, there are no error messages either on the monitor software or the display.

Epsons sometimes have the tendency to dry up. Instead of buying new cartridges, but the kit that contains the actual print-head assembly and replace it. That's the only way to get it to print again.
