Epson cx5400 Printer Not Printing in Blank Ink

I just replaced the blanl ink cartridge of my Epson model CX5400 printer. It prints yellow, green and white but not any black text. I have cleaned the nozle, headsand checkedthe alignment. Any thoughts as to what to try next next? thank you, Tom

That's because it's a 'blank' ink cartridge, and you will not be able to see 'blank' ink! Just kidding :)

The cartridge may be defective. RMA it for another one.
