epson c20sx force ink change

any one know how to force an ink change on an epson c20sx?
i can do it via the helper and when the cart is empty, but how do you do it when they are half empty?

One of your external buttons should have a cartridge sign and two arrows on it, press that and it will move the cartridge carrier into the middle to enable a manual change.

When finished press the button again, and it will return back to its normal position.

From the Epson Site

"To force a Cartridge change press and hold down the Paper feed (load eject) button for over 5 seconds and the cartridges will move into a change position. Please note: if the cartridges move to a position where only the Black cartridge can be changed pressing the Paper feed button once will move the head so that the colour can be changed."

You could try the above.
