Epson 850Ne Black cart. error

I'm working on an Epson 850Ne that gives an LED error light. I've changed the cartridge and printhead but the LED is still on. It won't print, clean or do anything! Any ideas on what it could be?

try epsons website for manuals and troubleshooting of error codes. it will atleast tell you what the error light is supposed to be indicating.
