epsom stylus color 660 printer with problems

I HAVE AN EPSOM PRINTER "STYLUS COLOR 660" IT PRINTS IN COLOR BUT NOT PRINT IN BLACK.
DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
IHAVE REPLACE THE CARTRIDGE,THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
