EPS Preview Thumbnails in Vista?

Hey, new to the forum here, looking for a little Windows guidance. I am typically a Mac user and there is a wonderful app called CoCothumbX that allows me to generate thumbnails of a large collection of EPS I work with. Is there a similar app like this for Windows? Specifically something that is compatible with Vista?
