EPS file association problem

Recently installed illustrator CS2 and all my eps files lost their association. When I double click on them to open them I get the error message the file is not a valid WIN32 application.

Any suggestions?

Right-click on an .eps file, choose Properties and change the association to Illustrator or to another program.

Thanks, I had done that repeatedly. I finally went to my tools and created a new eps file type and it fixed it.
