ePolicy Server 3.5.0.596 on Windows 2003 Server

Has been working great up to 3 days ago. Suddently "Scheduled Tasks" quit running. I deleted the tasks and recreated them and they still do not run. This has happened in the past before but deleting and recreating the tasks has always fixed the problem before.

Does anyone have an idea on what I can check/fix to correct the problem ?
