When trying to invoke a task upgrade from epolicy I am entering the <domain name>/<user name> in the appropriate box, together with an appropriate password, however when the task is sent to the client it is entering it as /<domain name>/<user name> the preceeding / making the format invalid. Anyone know how to get round this?

There is a hotfix available from McAfee that resolves this issue.
If you contact them through PrimeSupport describing your problem, they will know what hotfix is required to be sent to you. I think it was Hotfix 33, but there may other newer variations.
