ePO3 Masterrepository doesn't work

Hi,

I can check in ePO-console the repository, but the masterrepository sends the message *Inetsession can't start*. Is the problem the SiteStat.xml? Can I overwrite the directory with an actuel ftp-download? The filedates seems old... The FTP-Pull, using ePO, doesn't work, but the account and the target are correct, I checked it with an normal FTP-client..
Any ideas?
