ePO v3.5 - Automating Agent Moves from Lost&Found to Home Directories

I'm a new SYSADMIN for McAfee & see a lot of opportunties for automation within the system I am inheriting. I would like to create some SQL scripts to move both Lost&Found clients & Rogue clients within the directory structure. I found an old thread (thread38-1207181) that stated that people are doing this but it is now closed.

Does anyone currently do this? If so, would you share your experiences & potentially a SQL script or two so I can materialize my ideas?
